Most of the activities are done in different locations around west Mani. However, we offer different locations throughout the wider Mani peninsula including Laconian villages. We also offer customised activities in Kythera.

Of course! Young people from the age of 6 can join us on group bookings. The minimum required age will depend on the activity. We also understand that the minimum age may vary according to the kid’s ability. Furthermore, we are experts in adapting every activity for the participant’s age and physical condition. In any case, children under 18s need to be supervised for every activity. Each activity has different age and competency criteria so please check out each activity for more information. If you are unsure please contact us for further information.

No, most of our adventurous activities are suitable for people with no experience in that activity. For our intermediate and advanced trips, we do require some experience and you can enquire about this with 2407 team. Please keep in mind that we require a reasonable level of fitness but you don’t need to be an Olympic athlete.

You are never too old to go on an adventure! Contact us in case you are unsure.

Although our staff are first aid trained, they are not medically qualified and so are not in a position to assess the capacity of participants to undertake a course. It remains your responsibility to undertake such an assessment prior to starting any activity.
It is essential that you let us know about any medical condition or injury when booking and that you also let your instructor know on the starting day of your course. This information will remain completely confidential but is essential to allow us to tailor our activities to suit you and to ensure the safety of other group members. The activities we deliver are physical, and it can aggravate existing injuries. If you are unsure please check with your doctor.

We don’t like to be under the hot sun either. Especially when trying to hike or cycle a steep uphill road. This is why we start early in the morning where the light is amazing and we choose one of the best routes in the region, which happens to be 85% in shade!! Nice temperature and a great view is guaranteed!

You can use your credit card or even pay in cash. You can pay through our booking platform or you can pay on the day of your chosen tour/activity.

In any case, please have a look at the joining instructions emailed to you once you have booked. This provides you with everything that you need to know.

In case you do not have a car we can pick you up from accommodation as long as it’s not further than 6 km from Kardamili or Stoupa. So the areas included are the surrounding villages. We charge 15-20€ per vehicle (not per person) to pick you up if you stay further from the above locations. For even more distant locations, let us know where you will be staying and wewe can provide you with the most suitable solution to accommodate your needs.

In the case that you have a car, we can arrange a meeting point just right outside of our store in Stoupa or Kardamili, depending on the activity!

You are more than welcome to take a camera or camera phone along with you for your activity, however, this is at your own risk and 2407 cannot accept liability for any damage that may occur during your activity.

Let’s enjoy the weather in any condition! West Mani can still be beautiful even on rainy days. If things are really bad, due to safety reasons the activity will be transferred. We can always change the date of the tour/activity, or you can choose a different activity more appropriate for the current weather. For the hike to the Summit, we are more dependent on the weather conditions. Windy or rainy days are usually unsuitable for the hike.
In any case we can always adjust. In any case, if 2407 does cancel your activity due to bad weather conditions, we will offer to move you to a new session, or issue a full refund.
